Since our very first collection of mulling spices for holiday drinks back in 1982 to our latest collections of award-winning matching tableware accessories, we have always maintained a pride in our hands-on development of products to bring to your table. Linda still prepares the recipes for our best-selling dips, each year trying to come up with the latest taste. Every product is taste-tested under real home conditions in our farmhouse kitchen, our family and friends share in the taste-testing. We use our collection of matching tableware as our every day dishes; with a teenager in the house they are proving to stand up to a lot of usage.

We feel confident you will enjoy these easy to prepare recipes just as much as we have enjoyed making them.

In 2007, we celebrated the 25th anniversary of Gourmet du Village. Linda and I now spend more of our time traveling to find you the latest and finest of tastes and treats. Our Tuscan Village collection was inspired by our travels in Italy especially the mountaintop towns and villages, the small vineyards and Olive groves. Our Fields of Provence collection came from an earlier trip to the south of France. Our most recent collection, Hacienda, was inspired by a visit to cooking school in the south of Spain.
