Drew heads up our sales department. His goal is to ensure our sales efforts are as effective as our marketing and product reputation. He has many years of sales experience in both Canada and the USA. Expanding our brand into the US and working with key accounts in North America is his primary focus.

Line is our HR key person, but for the balance of 2009 she has agreed to take over the supervision of our Customer Service department. Part of her challenge will be to review all policies and rewrite the customer service manual. As our business grows we have to constantly review the service we offer.

Nancy brings to you her extensive knowledge of our company and products gained over 20 years in customer service.

Kris joined us for the busy season rush last fall, she now assists with rep support as well as her customer service responsibilities.

Christine has taken on special responsibilities for Order Management, ensuring you get the products you want when you want them, Sometimes this can be quite a challenge when a new product suddenly starts to sell way above projections. But Christine always brings a smile to the task along with her valuable knowledge of our business.

Linda brings her special skills to our customer service team, as th newest member she will be busy learning all about our products and services before our busy season.
