This Classic Salad can also be served as a delicious hand held appetizer made using Onion Chive Dip Mix
Combine the first four ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Tastes even better if prepared a couple of hours in advance.
Separate endive leaves, discarding any with brown edges.
Spoon mixture into a piping bag and pipe about 2 tablespoons into the endive.
Top with your choice of toppings or a mix of all four.
Variation: Cut a ripened pear in half, scoop out the core and fill with 3 tablespoons of mixture and cover with toppings.
