• All Canadian retail web orders orders are shipped via UPS from our Morin Heights, Quebec home office within 2 to 3 working days of receiving your order, with the exception of weekends, holidays or circumstances beyond our control. We ship by regular ground, most economical, we do not offer expedited service at this time.
• During exceptionally hot or cold weather we may not be able to ship heat sensitive products.
• For shipments to the Yukon, Northwest Territories or any other territory not included in our standard shipping charges chart please contact Customer Service 1-800-668-2314.
• Not applicable for Wholesale orders.

CANADA TAXES

For our Canadian Customers, all of our “Food” products with the exception of Chocolate and Candy are NON taxable. All “Tableware” and “Accessory” non food items are taxable.

DAMAGES

Check the exterior of your cartons for signs of damage before accepting them. All claims must be submitted to us in writing within 30 days.
