A wonderful blend of flavors, with apples, walnuts and celery combined with tuna and our Mango Curry Dip Mix .
ALL YOU NEED
1 red apple cut into small cubes (skin on)
300 g (10 oz) soft tofu or thick yogurt
340 g (12 oz) canned white tuna, drained
60 ml (1/4 cup) unsweetened soy, milk or coconut milk
2 sticks celery, thinly sliced
30 ml (2 tbsp) lime or lemon juice
60 ml (1/4 cup) walnut pieces
ALL YOU DO

Combine soft tofu, milk and contents of Mango Curry Dip Mix pouch.

Stir well until well combined.

Add juice and stir until well combined.

Serve on a bed of mixed lettuce, with a wedge of lemon or lime for garnish.
