Beef and Barley Soup, a nutritious and delicious comfort food, made with our French Onion Dip Mix
In saucepan, heat oil over medium high heat. Sauté beef cubes for about 3 minutes, until no longer pink but not cooked through.
Add carrot and cook for another 2 minutes. Add French Onion Dip Mix, and stir to combine.
Quickly add the stock and barley. Simmer over low heat, partially covered, until barley is tender but firm (about 25 minutes).
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
