Shawarma Meatballs

Turn your ordinary meatballs into gourmet bites with our Shawarma Seasoning! Warm, earthy flavors of cumin, garlic, and coriander add a delicious Middle Eastern twist.

 454 g (1 lb) medium ground beef
 1 egg yolk
 5 g (1 tsp) salt

Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C).

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until fully combined.

Form into evenly-sized meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.

Roast for 15-18 minutes, or until cooked through. Tastes great served with our Roasted Garlic Dip
