All you need:
- 200 g (1 cup) Waffle & Pancake Mix
- 175 ml (¾ cup) milk
- 1 egg
- 60 ml (¼ cup) butter, melted
All you do:
Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer directions. In medium mixing bowl, whisk milk and egg to combine. Add the Waffle & Pancake Mix and melted butter (or vegetable oil), and whisk until well blended and smooth. Spray waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray and pour on batter. Cook until golden brown. Remove and serve warm with maple syrup, whipped cream and fresh fruit as desired.
Makes approximately 3-4 waffles, depending on the size of waffle iron.
