Maple Peppercorn Grilled Salmon

The sweetness from the maple sugar and the spicy bite from the peppercorn, blend together for our Maple Peppercorn Grilling Rub, the unforgettable bbq seasoning!

ALL YOU NEED
 2 pieces of salmon
 ½ tbsp (7.5 ml) olive oil

Combine the Maple Peppercorn Grilling Rub in a small bowl with olive oil and let sit for a few minutes. Liberally coat the salmon with olive oil mixture and let it marinate for ½ hour in the refrigerator. Preheat grill to medium high heat.

Grill the salmon, skin side down straight on the grill or on a seasoned cedar grill plank for about 15 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. Do not turn the fish. Enjoy with freshly steamed jasmine rice. You can also use it for tuna steak, jumbo shrimp, or chicken – the lemon in the blend is a great compliment to fish and is also perfect in ribs.
