Stuffed Burger

You will never go back to a regular burger after trying a stuffed burger. Topped with one of our delicious Toppings Cranberry Orange or Sweet Onion

ALL YOU NEEED
 900 g (2 lbs) lean ground beef
 45 ml (3 tbsp) BBQ sauce or ketchup
 1 1/2 cups of your favourite cheese cut into cubes.
 TRY THESE OTHER DELICIOUS IDEAS FOR STUFFING YOUR BURGER:
 Thinly sliced mushrooms & onion, grated cheese.
 Chopped bacon, cubed cheddar cheese.
  Sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese
ALL YOU DO

In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, seasonings & BBQ sauce. Put ½ lb of meat mixture aside, divide the rest into 6 portions.

Form the patty into a small cup shape, creating a cavity in the center, fill the cavity with 1/4 cup of the cubed cheese.

Seal the patty with the reserved meat and press into a neat burger patty.

Cook each 5 - 8 min. per side till well cooked (test for doneness).
